CHIPS! is a street food stall designed around one idea: getting great food into people's hands quickly.
A short, focused menu, a cook line laid out for flow, and a 3 m x 6 m gazebo pitch with a back kitchen for frying and a front counter for serving all mean queues keep moving, even at peak times.
Speed never comes at the expense of quality. Our signature chips are cooked to order and topped with a cheddar and mozzarella blend, rich gravy or buttermilk chicken strips. Everything is served in certified compostable boxes with wooden forks.
CHIPS! is run by the team behind Bristol's Burger Bus. We have been trading at festivals and events since 2015, and we bring a big, experienced crew and a 5-star food hygiene rating. We trade beside the Burger Bus or as a standalone stall.

- Gas Safe checked LPG fryers
- Fire risk assessment and HACCP plan
- Staff paid at least £15 an hour
