Poutine is our special. It isn't on the standard board, so ask for it when you book and we'll add it for your event.
How it works
Adding the poutine special
- Ask when you book. Tick "Add the poutine special" on the enquiry form, or mention it on the phone.
- We add it to the board. Poutine goes up as "Our special" next to the four CHIPS! boxes.
- Same speed. It's the same chips and the same gravy, so the queue keeps moving.
- Somerset cheese curds. The special uses creamy Somerset cheese curds, not our usual cheddar and mozzarella blend.
Where it came from
Poutine Brothers
Before it was CHIPS!, the stall traded as Poutine Brothers: chips, cheese, gravy and fried chicken. It's all gravy baby.
The stall has a new name and a neon sign, but the poutine is the same. Find the old stall on Instagram @poutinebrothersuk and on Street Food Steve.
